All work is warrantied for 90 days from the date of service. Parts are warrantied based on the manufacturer’s warranty period.

We cannot warranty work if any of the following conditions exist:

• Drops, spills, children or pet accidents 
• Settings have been changed by you or someone else after the service has been performed
• Parts/equipment have been removed, reinserted, or otherwise not in the same condition as was left during the service call
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error
• We are not responsible for forgotten passwords, PIN codes, etc.
